REFUND POLICY:

  • We do not offer cash refunds. However, in the event of size issues or a damaged product, we gladly offer exchanges or issue a coupon of equal value for your future purchases.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Galaxy Gems assumes responsibility for any damage, fault, or discrepancies in the product, and we are committed to rectifying it promptly.
  • To request an exchange, simply send the return parcel via any courier service to our address.
  • Exchanges are permissible if the received item differs from the picture or is damaged.
  • Customers are required to bear both delivery charges for exchanges initiated post-receipt of the order with no issues reported from our end.
  • Our Pakistani clients can exchange purchased items within 3 days, subject to the article being unused, with intact tags, and in its original packaging.

 

  • Important Note to Our Valued Customers: We kindly request you to film the unboxing of your parcel. In the case of any damage or missing items, please send us the video evidence to process your claim effectively. Upon receipt of the article, we will promptly dispatch the replacement piece to ensure your satisfaction.
